Welcome to Superior Detail and Mobile Services LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Overview

Superior Detail and Mobile Services LLC ("we", "us", or "our") provides auto detailing services, including ceramic coatings, paint correction, interior/exterior detailing, and related services. We operate in Carbondale, Illinois, and offer pickup and delivery within a 20-mile radius.

2. Service Availability

All services are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified in a timely manner.

3. Membership Program

We offer a $75/month membership which includes two detailing services per month and a one-time refundable $100 deposit. Terms of the membership are outlined separately on the Membership Terms Page. Members must provide at least 30 days' notice to cancel.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Memberships are auto-billed monthly on the signup date.

• A valid credit or debit card must be on file for recurring billing.

• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

• At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may count as one of your monthly visits (if on a membership plan) or may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Vehicle Condition & Liability

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the vehicle exceeds typical maintenance levels (e.g., pet hair, biohazards, excessive stains, or damage).
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left in the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove valuables prior to service.

7. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery are available within 20 miles of Carbondale, IL. This is a complimentary service for eligible appointments. Vehicles must be in drivable condition and legally operable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, and media on this website are the property of Superior Detail and Mobile Services LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superior Detail and Mobile Services LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
